#1 | Create Your Team
It's quick, free and easy to create your team and record yourself as team manager. You'll then be able to upload team sheets, manage team members and make payment through our online portal. If you've used our system before as a team manager, you'll already have an account which allows you to access the administration portal. If you're new to all this, an account will be created for you when you create your team. You do not need to make any payment at this stage.

There are two ways to add team members to your team. Using the online form to register one person at a time or by using the Spreadsheet Upload. The online method is usually best if you want all your team mates to register themselves. If you're the one taking care of everything then the spreadsheet upload is best.When you created your team, your confirmation email has a link to the online registration form. Or else you can click one of the links below
Online Entry
Filling out the online entry form is easiest when each team member is registering themself. Depending on the payment method chosen by the team manager when registering the team, the entrant will either be prompted to make payment or the registration will be saved to the team manager's queue for checkout later. Click on the link below for the desired registration form.
Register Someone OnlineSpreadsheet Upload
Spreadsheet upload is by far the easiest method where the team manager is organising all the entrants for the team. Just download the spreadsheet template below, fill in the details and then upload via the portal. Easy as!
Important! If you have any trouble with the spreadsheet upload, you can send the team sheet to us directly using the Contact Form.

If your team was created as "Pay Now" then your team registrations will be confirmed and paid for as each is made.
Most teams, however, prefer to organise things first and "Pay Later".
Choose the method which suits you best when you create your team, but you can also change it later on.

- Collect from Event HQ from 1pm on Race Day
#4 | Receive Packs
Provided you confirmed your team prior to the close of earlybird entry (3 weeks prior to event day), all of your race numbers (with timing chips attached) and event tshirts will be delivered to your chosen address around 3-10 days prior to the event. As soon as your parcel has been collected by the courier, we'll send you a notification (by email to the team manager) that it's on the way along with the tracking information. Just keep an eye on that until it is delivered to make sure nothing goes astray.
If your team was confirmed after the deadline then you'll need to collect your race packs from the Race HQ tents at the venue on event day. You can do this any time from 1pm onwards (don't stress about it - for smaller teams it's not a big deal).
IMPORTANT T&C
When entering one of our events, you will be required to accept our Waiver, which includes vitally important information we do not want you to miss. You will also be acknowledging our Participation & Competition Rules including the important stipulation that - in all disputes - the Race Director's decision shall be final.
References:
- Courier delivery expires three weeks prior to first event. Team members confirmed after this time can collect race packs from Event HQ from 1pm on race day.
Important! Courier delivery is only available for teams with 4 or more members.
Please also note:
- All amounts are in NZD and exclusive of GST. Payment for your team can be made through our secure online payment partner, Windcave, or by electronic bank transfer.
- Delivery: You can expect your race packs to arrive by courier by the Friday prior to the event. We'll send you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
